Orders
We process orders within 1-3 business days of receipt unless otherwise noted on homepage. An order may be canceled if it has not been processed and prepared for shipment. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@seasoakedskin.com for assistance.
Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States and offer free domestic shipping on orders over $60 USD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
Calculating Shipment
We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of the package and destination based on distance from our lab in the state of Washington. We ship with UPS and USPS.
Lost or Stolen Package
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately at hello@seasoakedskin.com and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.
Damage
If you have received a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately hello@seasoakedskin.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders that are reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged or defective products will be requested as they are most helpful to us.
