Apply onto wet skin. Scoop scrub onto palm and add some water to make a paste. Gently massage onto body in a circular motion, paying attention to rougher areas. For added hydration, let sit for a few minutes before rinsing off. Use once per week for optimal results. Not recommend for face use.
